2. Service Definition

HiNet is a platform providing eSIM services for use in over 200 countries worldwide. The service allows users to purchase and activate cellular data plans via the app without needing a physical SIM.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be of legal age in your country to use our services.
• By using HiNet, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Services & Plans

• You can purchase data plans through the app. All prices include applicable taxes.
• After purchase, you will receive activation instructions via the app.
• Each plan has a specific validity period starting from the activation date.
• Expired plans cannot be refunded or extended.

5. Payment & Billing

• We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets.
• We reserve the right to change service prices with prior notice.
• You will receive an electronic receipt for each purchase via email.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the plan is unactivated.
• Once activated, refunds are only issued for documented technical failures.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
• Do not use the service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the security of the service.
• Do not resell or transfer the service without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HiNet is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or profit loss. Connection quality may be affected by factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights and intellectual property in the app, service, and content belong to HiNet. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
